The product supplements a normal diet with selenium.

Recommended intake
Dilute the recommended daily portion in 100 ml of water.
4-6 years – 5 drops daily, which is 60 μg = 109% RI*; 7-10 years – 7 drops daily, which is 84 μg = 153% RI*; 11-14 years – 11 drops daily, which is 132 μg = 240% RI*; 15-17 years – 14 drops daily, which is 168 μg = 305% RI*; adults – 16 drops daily, which is 192 μg = 349% RI*. *RI – Reference Intake.

Directions for use
Shake for at least 15 seconds before use. Consume within 5 months of opening.

Precautions
Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. Administer to children under adult supervision. If taking medication, consult a doctor before consumption. Some types of food contain large amounts of selenium (e.g., Brazil nuts: 68-91 μg per nut). Do not consume simultaneously with such food. Do not use other preparations containing selenium. For additional protection, the product cap is equipped with a seal – do not use if the seal is damaged. The distributor is not liable for damages caused by improper use or storage. The sediment occurring in the product does not constitute a product defect.

Storage
Store in a dark, dry, and cool place, out of reach of small children. Do not freeze. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 months of opening.
